Ndee Bah Dialysis Center

Apache Behavioral Health Services is one step closer to breaking ground on the highly anticipated dialysis center set to serve White Mountain Apache Tribe (WMAT) in Whiteriver. The bidding process for construction of the “Ndee Bah” Dialysis Center opened in February. Once all bids are received, ABHS will conduct a review process before announcing a construction partner. ABHS plans to break ground this summer.

“We’re excited to bring this lifesaving treatment to the people who need it where they need it,” said ABHS CEO Kevin McKenzie. “And we’re grateful for the continued efforts of the Dialysis Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Tribal Committee for advancing this initiative.”

Once completed, the dialysis center will deliver life-saving diagnoses and treatments for patients with kidney-related diseases.
